When I try to run this application it gives me a restriction error and I cant access the drive when I try to link data. I read that a resolution was to click FULL ACCESS when prompted, however I did not click FULL ACCESS and checked "DO NOT ASK ME AGAIN". Is there anyway to change this? Is there a settings tab somewhere to fix this issue?

This is an easy mistake. If this occurs you will be unable to link data to TourSolver.
The solution is to right click the Citrix icon in the bottom toolbar, and under File Security is the option to change this. Edited: 5/28/2009 at 7:34 PM by broberts65 |
